PT. Nusa Education is a limited liability company that operates legally under Indonesian law and run education business as well as online sales of its products and services.
1. Terms and Conditions that are written here are agreement between Nusaeducation and its’ web site users and regulate respective parties’ rights and responsibilities.
2. Users are parties that utilize Nusaeducation sites.
3. Buyer is registered or non-registered user whom does online transaction through Nusaeducation online store.
4. Seller is Nusaeducation.
5. Items are existing product that are physically available/readily in stock and are deliverable or fulfill the criteria of delivery by the shipping company.
6. Identity theft of user’s name and password caused by users’ negligence is fully responsibilities of account users.
7. PT. Nusa Education is not responsible for any loss from user’s account misuse.

Nusa Education user general rule

1. PT. Nusa Education official web site is www.nusaeducation.co.id
2. Nusaeducation web site Users and visitors are prohibited to copy, distribute, and edit the content, images, or photos from Nusaeducation websites without the consent of PT. Nusa Education.
3. The distribution of Nusaeducation web link by third party or by users and visitors for any purpose without consent of PT. Nusa Education is not the responsibility of PT. Nusa Education.

General Rules for Nusa Education Online Store Transaction

1. PT. Nusa Education official online store is www.nusaeducation.co.id/shop/
2. Nusaeducation online transactions payment method is by Bank Transfer.
3. The official seller’s bank account is PT. Nusa Education bank account.
4. Payment confirmation is by email to cs@nusaeducation.co.id
5. Purchase or transaction cancellation is only allowed before buyer’s bank transfer to PT. Nusa Education official account.
6. Any bank charges/fees incurred for the payment of the transaction is the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Any exceeded amount of payment because of buyer’s negligence is not PT. Nusa Education responsibility and PT. Nusa Education is not responsible for the refund of the exceeded amount.
8. Any loss caused by buyers’ mistake or carelessness in bank transfer is not PT. Nusa Education’s responsibility.
9. Any loss caused by bank’s mistake or bank’s technical problems is not PT. Nusa Education responsibility.
10. In the case that buyer or user online banking method of transfer, user and buyer are obliged to understand the offline schedule of online banking of their respective banks. Online Banking offline schedule may change from time to time without any notification in advance.
11. In the case that buyer or user have paid via online banking during the offline period then PT. Nusa Education will process and check the payment so long as our system is able to check the transaction automatically. If PT. Nusa Education is unable to check and process automatically when the bank is back online.
12. Items that are sold in Nusaeducation websites must be paid in advance to PT. Nusa Education official bank account and not by installment or credit. Prices published in Nusaeducation online store are 10% VAT inclusive.
13. Prices published in Nusaeducation websites is not including delivery or shipping costs. Delivery or shipping cost will be calculated separately. The amount of shipping cost depends on the cost quoted by the shipping and delivery company; city of destination and city of origin is Jakarta.
14. The shipping and delivery cost is the responsibility of buyer.
15. Shipping and delivery is done by third party, in particular is JNE or TIKI.
16. Nusaeducation is only responsible to deliver the items sold to the shipping and delivery company. Nusaeducation is not responsible for any mistake, late arrival, or loss caused by the shipping company.
17. Tracking number of shipping and delivery will be informed to buyer by email.
18. Items and products sold are not refundable or returnable if the item is damaged because of delivery and shipping recklessness or buyer’s mistake in usage.
19. Items and products that are sold by Nusaeducation is guaranteed in a perfect condition, undamaged, and working perfectly. The items have gone through inspection before shipping and delivery.
20. Users and buyers are responsible to confirm the items upon receipt. Confirmation could be done by email.
21. If users and buyers do not confirm within 5 days, then it is assumed that items are received.
22. Reselling of items and products purchased from Nusaeducation by second or third party is not PT. Nusa Education responsibility.

Nusa Education Rights and Responsibilities:

Rights:
23. Nusaeducation has the rights to do adjustment or modification on items prices that are published in Nusaeducation websites and online store without any notification in advance.
24. Nusaeducation has the rights to cancel any transaction if buyers or users is unable to do/fulfill buyers/users responsibility according to the transaction time limit stated in the transaction regulations.
25. Nusaeducation has the rights not to ship or deliver the items sold to the users and buyer if users/buyer have not/unable to pay according to the prices and shipping costs that are described in Nusaeducation online store or website.
26. Nusaeducation has the rights to erase, delete, or ban user’s account if there is any user’s account abuse or illegal act done by the users or buyer.

Responsibilities:
27. Nusaeducation is responsible to ensure the stock of items or products sold in Nusaeducation online store and websites.
28. Nusaeducation is responsible to inform and describe in detail of items or products information that will be sold to users and buyer including specification, prices, and any other information related to the items sold.
29. Nusaeducation is responsible to verify and confirm payment upon received to process the next step which is items and products shipment and delivery.
30. Nusaeducation is responsible to ship and delivery items sold according to the transaction done between the buyer and Nusaeducation.
31. Nusaeducation is responsible to give product warranty that the product is sent to the shipping company in a good condition, undamaged, and working well.
32. Nusaeducation is responsible to provide delivery/shipping tracking number to the buyer within 24 hours of delivery to the shipping company.
33. Nusaeducation is responsible to protect buyers’ confidential information by not disclosing any buyers personal information to the third party.
34. Nusaeducation is responsible to provide a secure and safe transaction in Nusaeducation online store and websites.

Rights:
35. Users and buyers have the rights to inquire in detail on the products, items, and services that are sold by Nusaeducation through email and telephone conversation.
36. Users and buyers have the rights to inquire the price and shipping cost of the items, products, and services sold by Nusaeducation through email and telephone conversation.
37. Users and buyers have the rights to shipment tracking number.

Responsibilities:
38. Users and buyers are responsible to read the terms and conditions of transaction through Nusaeducation online store and websites and agree as well as abide by the terms and conditions.
39. Users and buyers are assumed to have read and agreed the transaction terms and conditions in Nusaeducation online store and websites.
40. Users and buyers are responsible to provide name, address, email, telephone number, and contact information when registering in Nusaeducation websites and online store before any transaction. If the recipient and shipping address is different than the buyer’s name or billing address, user and buyer are responsible to provide the name of recipient, address, email, telephone number and contact information for shipment purposes. Any mistake due to wrong information provided by users and buyers is not Nusaeducation responsibility
41. Users and buyers are responsible personally to protect the confidentiality of user’s name, password, and any other personal information for all activities related to users’ account.
42. Users and buyers are responsible to transfer the payment according to the items prices and shipping costs.
43. Users and buyers are responsible to pay or transfer directly to Nusaeducation official bank account.
44. Users and buyers are responsible to confirm payment sent/bank transfer by email to Nusaeducation.
45. Users and buyers are responsible to confirm items upon receipt by email to Nusaeducation.

Terms and conditions may be adjusted and updated from time to time without any notification in advance. Nusaeducation suggests users and buyers to read and understand the terms and conditions from time to time to find out any changes in the terms and conditions. By accessing and using services in Nusaeducation websites and online store, users and buyers are assumed to agree and understand any changes in the terms and conditions.
